Processing Time

All Claire de Fleurs designs are handmade to order in Cornwall.

Our current processing time is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Wedding packages and larger custom orders may require slightly longer depending on complexity. If you have a specific event date, please include this at checkout.

 

✨ Rush Orders

We understand that sometimes timelines are tighter.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

An additional rush fee will apply, and expedited shipping may also be required to ensure your flowers arrive in time for your event.

Rush availability cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.

 

UK Delivery

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days via tracked courier.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

 

International Delivery

International delivery times vary depending on destination. Please allow 7–14 working days after dispatch for most overseas orders.

 

 

🇺🇸 United States Orders

 

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Claire de Fleurs cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address details.

 

 

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
