Once your special occasion is over, you can keep them in great condition by dusting with a feather duster or by a blow of cold air from a hair dryer.
Sometimes we may not be able to source the exact same flowers in the listing. If this does occur, we will replace the item with a similar replacement.

Please note: As each arrangement is handmade, the exact flowers and foliage used may occasionally vary from those pictured due to supplier availability. Where substitutions are necessary, we will use the closest suitable alternative of a similar colour, style and quality to maintain the overall look of the design.

Silk and dried flowers are flammable, so please keep them away from open flames.

Cake flowers: we recommend using a cake pin or other suitable attachment for added security on your cake.


Please note: Artificial flowers should not be sprayed with fragrances, as scents cannot be removed.

International customers: Import duties, VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will only be refunded once the order has been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Bridesmaid bouquets are slightly smaller at 25cm (10 inches), while flower girl posies are a petite 20cm (8 inches), perfect for little hands!
