Silk and dried flowers are flammable, so please keep them away from open flames.

Cake flowers: we recommend using a cake pin or other suitable attachment for added security on your cake.


Please note: Artificial flowers should not be sprayed with fragrances, as scents cannot be removed.

International customers: Import duties, VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will only be refunded once the order has been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
