International customers: Import duties, VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will only be refunded once the order has been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
