Where substitutions are necessary, we will use the closest suitable alternative of a similar colour, style and quality to maintain the overall look of the design.

Additional Advice: We recommend using a cake pin or other suitable attachment for added security on your cake.
Please note: Artificial flowers should not be sprayed with fragrances, as scents cannot be removed.
International customers: Import duties, VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will only be refunded once the order has been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
